This is a vintage 1980's black cotton pique skirt suit designed by Thierry Mugler. The peplum style blazer has black and white striped upturned cuffs, collar and bows. We love that the peplum itself is lined with the same black and white stripe fabric so it shows with movement. The jacket snaps up the front and is fully lined.
